We also collect information from you when you fill out our Meetings Request Proposal form and Weddings Request Information form, or contact form. This information is only used in the process of booking a reservation, or inquiring about a wedding or meeting. This information will not be shared.

We use the information collected from you primarily to fulfill your hotel reservation. Prior to your stay, this may include sending your information to the Inn or sending you pre-stay communications.
