Historic Trolley Tour -- The one-hour trip through time begins right here at the Lakeside

Gilbert Park -- Locals and visitors alike gather here to stroll, picnic, crawl around the

Nature Boardwalk -- Just past Gilbert Park, a one-mile nature boardwalk crosses the water out to Palm Island, where cypress and oaks provide habitat for a number of bird species. Alligators poke their gnarly snouts out of shallow shore waters.
Royellou Museum -- Incarcerated in Mount Dora's erstwhile jail, this museum holds
memories of days past. It remember the town's original handle, named after the postmaster's three children: Roy, Ella and Louis.
