One night deposit required on all reservations
Additional Persons over Two - $15 per night
Taxes and Surcharges - 13% added to all rates
(Florida Sales Tax, Lake County Bed Tax, & Energy Surcharge)
Children 17 years and under no charge sharing parents- room
Cribs - no charge. Must be reserved prior to arrival
Check-In Time - after 3:00 pm
Check-Out Time - by 11:00 am
All rooms are NON-Smoking
We do allow small pets under 25# -- $50 fee per stay
CANCELLATION POLICY:
General reservations have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If cancelled prior to 48 hours, the one night deposit is refunded.
If cancelled within 48 hours, the one night deposit is forfeited.
Holiday and Special Events require 10 days advance cancellation notice.
If cancelled prior to 10 days, the one night deposit is refunded.
If cancelled within 10 days, the entire stay is charged.
Packages have a 72 hour cancellation with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
If cancelled prior to 72 hours, the deposit is not refunded.
If cancelled within 72 hours, the entire package is charged.
